At what time can
the room be occupied and by what time is it
to be vacated?
We suggest you arrive at any time between
midday * and 8.00 p.m.
We expect the rooms to be freed by 10.30
a.m. on the day of departure.
* If you expect to arrive after 8.00 p.m.,
please notify us on the day of your arrival.
* Should you need the room from 9.00 a.m.,
please call us at 8.00 a.m. and we will do
our best to have the room prepared for you
at no additional cost.
Are the rates per
person or per room?
Rates are per person with buffet breakfast
included.
As for the Family offer, the rates are per
room and for 7 nights, buffet breakfast
included.
What do the rates
for the special week offers include?
The rates for the special week offers
include 7 nights accommodation and 7 buffet
breakfasts.
Is the Hotel’s
parking area sufficient for all of its
guests?
Certainly. We have an indoor garage as well
as a private parking area in front of the
Hotel and another large parking area in our
private garden (All parking at no additional
cost).
Is breakfast
included? What kind of breakfast do you
serve?
Breakfast is always included and consists in
a rich buffet called Buffet Toresela that
serves:
• Milk, cocoa, corn flakes, muesli….
• Percolated coffee, hot chocolate,
cappuccino, espresso coffee and various
types of herbal teas, as much as you like
• Morning-fresh products, butter, coffee
cream
• Jam tart, chocolate cake, croissants…
• Ham, cold meats and cheeses, preserved
vegetables …
• Various types of jams and marmalade,
Nutella and honey
• Fresh bread and croissants, toast …
• Dried fruits, apples and other fruit
according to season …
• Rich assortment of juices: orange,
multivitamin, grapefruit …
Does the Hotel have
a lift?
Yes. The lift contains up to 8 persons and
starts from the Hotel’s ground floor. It is
accessible to the disabled.
How many storeys
does the Hotel have?
Basement floor, Ground floor, First floor,
Second floor and Third floor.
Are there
architectural barriers that could create
problems for the disabled?
No, every room can be reached without steps
from street level.
Do you have
noise-free rooms?
Yes. We suggest the rooms located in the
back.
Do the rooms have a
safe?
Yes, there’s a safe in each room that can be
used at no additional cost.
What amenities do
the rooms have?
Every room has a private washroom, TV with
free viewing of German channels, safe, hair
dryer, soft cotton towels, direct telephone
line and Internet access connection. Many of
the rooms are equipped with autonomous air
conditioning unit (summer/winter) and
balcony.
Are the balconies
in the rooms equipped with outdoor furniture?
Yes.
Do the rooms have
air conditioning? Is there an extra charge
to pay for it?
Many of the rooms have air conditioning,
without any extra charge. Just ask for a
room with air conditioning when booking.
Does the Hotel have
an Internet Point? Is it supplied for a fee?
There is an Internet Café in the Bar area.
The Internet Café online access is for free
subject to ordering something from the Bar.
Does the Hotel have
green spaces fitted with sunbathing
equipment?
Yes. It has a large garden with very
comfortable sun beds.
Do you allow dogs?
Usually no, but it depends on the period of
the year and the level of total occupancy.
So ask first and indicate how big your pet
